Zinc and zinc‑alloy die‑casting requires large volumes of molten metal at stable temperatures. Conventional fuel‑fired or resistance crucible furnaces have low thermal efficiency, long melt cycles, and high radiant heat loss—making workshops uncomfortably hot and increasing energy bills.

Our Solution
Our infrared melting furnaces are engineered for high‑throughput production. The near‑infrared emitters transfer over 90% of input energy directly to the metal, drastically reducing melt time. A heavy‑duty stirring system (optional) ensures uniform temperature and consistent alloy chemistry, critical for thin‑wall castings. Multi‑layer insulation keeps the exterior cool, improving worker safety.
